Green is the lowest, red is the highest.: The same colours everywhere, so you can read a price at a glance.
Any range, any day.: One month to all time. Hover the chart to see the price on a date.
Nothing new to open.: No tab, no app. It's there while you're deciding.

Any Amazon.in product page

Try it: open “Full history & alerts”.

Spot a sale that isn't one.

A price can go up a few weeks before a big sale and come back down when the sale starts, so the discount looks bigger than the saving. The price history shows what actually happened.

Example: a 1.5 ton split air conditioner, July to October

18% off₹36,990₹44,990

1
19 Jul: ₹35,490
Two months before the sale, it was already cheaper than the sale price.
2
6 Sept: up to ₹44,990
Eighteen days before the sale, the price goes up.
3
24 Sept: “18% off”, ₹36,990
The sale price is the same as it was in August (₹36,990).

Name your price. owlcart keeps watch.

Type the price you'd pay and your email, right in the panel. Prices change at odd hours, so when the product drops to your number, we email you, day or night.

One email per alert: It's sent once, when your price is met. Save the alert again to re-arm it.
No account, no password: Just the email address you want the alert sent to.
Stop any time: Every email has a link to stop that alert, and one to stop them all.

Example: Stride Runner 3 running shoes

Your price ₹6,499

owlcart

2:14 am

Price drop: Stride Runner 3 running shoes

Now ₹5,999. You asked for ₹6,499 or less.

Flipkart is next.

Soon owlcart will show the same product's price on Amazon.in and Flipkart side by side, so you'll know where to buy, not just when.

Questions

Something else? Email support@owlcart.app.

Is owlcart free?

Yes. The extension and price alerts are free, and there's no account to create.

Which stores does it work on?

Amazon.in today. Flipkart is next, and once it's in, owlcart will show the same product's price on both stores side by side.

What data does owlcart collect?

When you open a product page on Amazon.in, the extension sends that product's details (link, title, price) to our server so it can show the history and keep tracking the price. If you set an alert, we also store your email address and target price. We don't track the other sites you visit, and we never sell data. The details are in our privacy policy.

How do I stop price alerts?

Every alert email has two links: one stops alerts for that product, the other stops all of them. No login needed.

Why does a product say it has just started tracking?

The first time anyone opens a product, owlcart starts tracking it. Its history fills in as the price changes.

Does it work on my phone, or in other browsers?

Not yet. owlcart is an extension for Chrome on desktop for now. A mobile app is planned.

See the price history before you pay.

Free for Chrome on desktop. Works on Amazon.in today.
